Yoga X is Karachi’s premier Yoga & Hot Yoga studio, providing the best yoga classes for all levels of experience. At Yoga X we believe in the magical and healing powers of Yoga to help you lead a happier, healthier and more balanced life. We believe that Yoga is for everybody at any age. Yoga X Classes

Yoga Basics

Start with the foundations of yoga. A practice focused on introducing the basic concepts and postures of Yoga. You come to learn your alignments and how to connect your breath with your body in each pose. Level: 1

Yoga Flow A dynamic practice focused on moving the body with the breath; One breath: One movement. Poses are generally held for a short period of time and focus on the flow of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of focusing the mind and body. Level 1 & Level 2.


A rejuvenating practice that combines the element of strengthening and stretching with the purpose of balancing the body and mind. You will experience both; an energizing Yang practice combined with long held deep Yin stretches to cultivate a focused and meditative mind. Inversions, arm balances and intermediate poses may be introduced in this class.

Suitable for beginners and students with some yoga experience looking to balance their strength and flexibility.

Level 1 & Level 2.

Restorative Yoga

A deep relaxing and healing practice focused on stimulating the nervous system with the purpose of calming the body and the mind. In this class, you come to relax, renew and melt away stress. Props such as bolsters, straps & blocks are used to support the body.

Level: Gentle: Suitable to all levels.


Yoga practiced in a heated room, the room is heated up to 40 degrees Celsius while maintaining humidity of 40%. This type of yoga guarantees to work every muscle in your body while raising the heart rate, detoxifying and aiding weight loss. Since the heated room enables you to move deeper into your poses you’r e able to gain maximum benefits of each pose with minimum possibility of injury. This class may follow the traditional Hot Yoga set of 26 poses taught throughout the world.
This class is suitable for all levels

Level: Invigorating: Suitable to all levels.

Hot Yoga Flow

An invigorating yoga flow practiced in a heated room. Prepare to sweat and move your body with your breath.

The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to tone & condition the body. Suitable for those looking to have a challenging and dynamic experience. This type of yoga guarantees to work every muscle in your body while raising the heart rate, detoxifying and aiding weight loss. Room temperature: 38°C -40 °C.

Level: Invigorating: Suitable to all levels.

Hatha Yoga

A grounding practice focused on connecting the body and mind. In this class the instructor will walk you through each posture combined with correct alignment and breathing. Class will be conducted at a relaxed pace. Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of yoga.

Level: Gentle: Suitable to all levels.

Core Power Yoga

This is a specialised power yoga class focused on strengthening the core muscles. Core strengthening postures along with breathing techniques are incorporated to engage and deepen the abdominal muscles. This intensive class builds on the strength acquired in Level 1 classes to take on more challenging poses and sequences. Classes are taught with modifications to allow an easy transition from Level 1 to Level 2. Full inversions, arm balances and advance poses are included in this class. Always remember, a strong core leads to a strong back, heightened immunity and an improved metabolic rate. Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent practice.

Level: Transcendence: Level 2.

Power Yoga

A fitness based vinyasa practice. Benefits include building internal heat, increased stamina, strength and flexibility as well as stress reduction. Full inversions, arm balances and advance poses are included in this class.

Level: Transcendence: Level 2.
